Notes the fact that there is a female leader in the UK Parliament, the Scottish Parliament and the Northern Irish Assembly.
Regrets the fact that there has never been a female leader in Wales.
Welcomes the opportunity that the Democracy Review presents for grass roots members to engage in the process of electing a new leader of the Labour Party in Wales.
